Construction Permit

Section 203.2530  Construction Permit a)         The Agency shall only issue a construction permit for a new major stationary source or a major modification that is subject to the requirements of this Subpart if the Agency determines that the source meets all applicable requirements of this Subpart. b)         The Agency shall include in any construction permit issued pursuant to this Subpart, conditions specifying the manner in which the applicable requirements of this Subpart are met. c)         In issuing a permit under this Subpart, the Agency shall follow the public participation procedures of Section 203.1610 or 35 Ill. Adm. Code 204.1320 as applicable.
