Notification of Application Completeness to Applicants

Section 204.1300  Notification of Application Completeness to Applicants The Agency shall notify the applicant within 30 days after receipt as to the completeness of an application for a permit under this Part or any deficiency in the application or information submitted in such an application.  In the event of such a deficiency, the date of receipt of the application shall be the date on which the Agency receives all required information.
