Public Participation

Section 204.1320  Public Participation Prior to the initial issuance or a modification of a permit issued under this Part, the Agency shall provide, at a minimum, notice of the proposed issuance or modification of a permit, a comment period, and opportunity for public hearing under the Agency's public participation procedures (35 Ill. Adm. Code 252).
