Section 207.612 Plans for
Agency Sponsored Projects or Programs
Notwithstanding the requirements
in this Subpart, if the Agency sponsors a vehicle scrappage project or program,
it shall develop a vehicle scrappage plan that meets the requirements of
Section 207.602 of this Subpart and provide public notice of its proposed plan,
as specified in Section 207.604 of this Subpart.
