Section 211.3670 Material
Recovery Section
"Material recovery
section" means, with respect to manufacture of polystyrene resin, any
equipment designed to transport and recover styrene monomer and other
impurities from other products and by-products in a polystyrene plant,
including but not limited to the styrene devolatizer unit and styrene recovery
unit.
