Section 211 Section 211.3730  Metal Furniture Coating "Metal furniture coating" means any protective, decorative or functional coating applied onto the surface of any metal furniture or any metal part which will be assembled with other metal, wood, fabric, plastic or glass parts to form metal furniture.  However, an adhesive is not a metal furniture coating.
