Antifouling Sealer/Tie Coat

Section 211.493  Antifouling Sealer/Tie Coat "Antifouling Sealer/Tie Coat" means a coating applied over biocidal antifouling coating for the purpose of preventing release of biocides into the environment and/or to promote adhesion between an antifouling and a primer or other antifoulings.
