Adhesion Primer

Section 211.233  Adhesion Primer "Adhesion primer" means, for purposes of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218 and 219, a coating that is applied to a polyolefin part to promote the adhesion of a subsequent coating.  An adhesion primer should be clearly identified as an adhesion primer or adhesion promoter on its accompanying material safety data sheet.
