Section 211 Section 211.810  Bulk Gasoline Terminal "Bulk gasoline terminal" means any gasoline storage and distribution source that receives gasoline by pipeline, ship or barge, and distributes gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or gasoline dispensing operations.
