Capture

Section 211 Section 211.890  Capture "Capture" means the containment or recovery of emissions from an emission unit for direction into a duct which may be exhausted through a stack or vent to a control device.  The overall abatement of emissions from an emission unit with an add-on control device is a function both of the capture efficiency and of the control device efficiency.
