Section 211.930 Capture
Efficiency
"Capture efficiency"
means, for purposes of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218 and 219, the weight of VOM
entering a capture system and delivered to a control device divided by the
weight of VOM generated by an emission unit, during a particular time period,
expressed as a percentage.
