Section 211 Section 211.495  Anti-Glare/Safety Coating "Anti-glare/safety coating" means a low gloss coating formulated to minimize glare for safety purposes on interior surfaces of a vehicle, as specified under the U.S. Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
