Section 215 Section 215.142  Pumps and Compressors No person shall cause or allow the discharge of more than 32.8 ml (2 cu in) of volatile organic liquid with vapor pressure of 17.24 kPa (2.5 psia) or greater at 294.3 K (70 F) into the atmosphere from any pump or compressor in any 15 minute period at standard conditions.
