Section 215 Section 215.304  Operations with Compliance Program The provisions of Section 215.301 and 215.302 shall not apply to any owner, operator, user or manufacturer of paint, varnish, lacquer, coatings or printing ink whose compliance program and project completion schedule, as required by 35 Ill. Adm. Code 201, provides for the reduction of organic material used in such process to 20 percent or less of total volume by May 30, 1975.
