Compliance Plan

Section 215 Section 215.429  Compliance Plan a)         The owner or operator of a synthetic organic chemical or polymer manufacturing plant subject to Section 215.428 shall submit to the Agency a compliance plan, no later than December 31, 1987. b)         The plan and schedule shall meet the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 201.
