Section 215 Section 215.452  Compliance Schedule for Leaks The owner or operator of a petroleum refinery shall adhere to the increments of progress contained in the following schedule: a)         Submit to the Agency a monitoring program plan consistent with Section 215.446 prior to June 1, 1983. b)         Submit the first monitoring report pursuant to Section 215.449 to the Agency prior to July 1, 1983.
