Section 215 Section 215.611  Exemption for Petroleum Solvent Dry Cleaners The provisions of Sections 215.607 through 215.610 shall not apply to petroleum solvent dry cleaning facilities whose emissions of volatile organic material do not exceed 91 megagrams (100 tons) per year in the absence of pollution control equipment or whose emissions of volatile organic material, as limited by the operating permit, will not exceed 91 megagrams (100 tons) per year in the absence of pollution control equipment.
