Applicability

Section 215 Section 215.620  Applicability a)         This Subpart shall apply to the following counties:               Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Macoupin, Madison, McHenry, Monroe, St. Clair and Will. b)         This Subpart shall apply to all paint and ink manufacturing plants which: 1)         include process emission sources not subject to Subparts B, E, F, N, P, Q, R, S, U, V, X, Y or Z of this Part, and which process emission sources as a group would emit 100 tons or more per year of volatile organic material if no air pollution control equipment were used, or 2)         produce more than 2,000,000 gallons per year of paints or ink formulations, which contain less than 10 percent, by weight, water, and ink formulations not containing as the primary solvents water, Magie oil, or glycol. c)         For the purposes of this Subpart, uncontrolled volatile organic material emissions are the emissions of volatile organic material which would result if no air pollution control equipment were used.
