Section 217 Section 217.521  Lake of Egypt Power Plant a)         The standard for nitrogen oxides of Section 217.121(d) does not apply when solid fossil fuel containing 25 percent by weight or more of coal refuse is burned in Southern Illinois Power Cooperative's Unit No. 4 at its Lake of Egypt Power Plant. b)         The standard for nitrogen oxides of Section 217.121(e) does not apply when solid fossil fuel containing 25 percent by weight or more of coal refuse is burned in combination with gaseous, liquid or other solid fossil fuel in Southern Illinois Power Cooperative's Unit No. 4 at its Lake of Egypt Power Plant.
