Section 218 Section 218.452  Compliance Schedule for Leaks The owner or operator of a petroleum refinery shall adhere to the increments of progress contained in the following schedule: a)         Have submitted to the Agency a monitoring program consistent with Section 218.446 of this Part prior to September 1, 1990. b)         Have submitted to the Agency the first monitoring report pursuant to Section 218.449 of this Part prior to October 1, 1990.
