Recordkeeping and Reporting for Exempt Emission Units

Section 218 Section 218.670  Recordkeeping and Reporting for Exempt Emission Units Upon request by the Agency, the owner or operator of a polyester resin manufacturing process which is exempt from the requirements of Subpart CC of this Part shall submit to the Agency records that document that the polyester resin product manufacturing process is exempt from those requirements.  These records shall be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the request.
