Section 219 Section 219.113  Monitoring for Negligibly-Reactive Compounds The requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 215.109, which allows the Agency to require testing and monitoring for negligibly-reactive compound as a precondition to their exemption from the definition of "volatile organic compound", shall apply to owners and operators of sources subject to this Part.
