Section 219 Section 219.452  Compliance Schedule for Leaks The owner or operator of a petroleum refinery shall adhere to the increments of progress contained in the following schedule: a)         Submit to the Agency a monitoring program consistent with Section 219.446 of this Part prior to July 1, 1991 or a date consistent with Section 219.106 of this Part. b)         Submit to the Agency the first monitoring report pursuant to Section 219.449 of this Part prior to August 1, 1991 or a date consistent with Section 219.106 of this Part.
