Purpose
Section 223.300 Purpose
The purpose of this Subpart is to
limit emissions of VOMs by requiring reductions in the VOM content of
architectural and industrial maintenance coatings and required work practices
to minimize VOM emissions in the application of architectural and industrial
maintenance coatings to surfaces.
