Compliance Determination

Section 240 Section 240.193  Compliance Determination Compliance shall be determined based upon the inspection of the on-board diagnostic vehicle connector, malfunction indicator light, and electronic retrieval of data stored in the vehicle's on-board diagnostic system using the on-board diagnostic test procedures adopted by the Agency in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 276.
