Episode Stage Notification

Section 244 Section 244.167  Episode Stage Notification Whenever an advisory, an alert or an emergency stage is declared or terminated, the Agency or local agency designated by the Agency shall notify: a)         Concerned personnel of the Agency and of federal, local and other State agencies; b)         Facilities required to make preparations or take actions of major emission reducing consequence; c)         The public by radio, television and other means of rapid communication.
