Purpose

Section 252 Section 252.101  Purpose This Part is adopted to: a)         Specify public participation procedures that shall accompany the processing of certain air pollution permit applications by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency; and b)         Provide the public with an opportunity to comment on certain proposed air pollution permits that may be of public interest.
