Consolidation

Section 252.106  Consolidation a)         For a combined PSD and NANSR permit, the Agency shall consolidate the public participation activities. b)         For other permits subject to this Part, the Agency may consolidate the public participation activities for two or more permits when the operations to be permitted are similar, related, or in close geographical proximity, when practicable.
