Voluntary Submittal of Data

Section 254 Section 254.133  Voluntary Submittal of Data In addition to any information required to be submitted in the Annual Emissions Report, the owner or operator may submit any data on a voluntary basis.  The Agency may not require the source to perform any monitoring which is not otherwise required by applicable rule or a permit condition.
