Confidentiality and Trade Secret Protection

Section 254 Section 254.136  Confidentiality and Trade Secret Protection Information reported in any Annual Emissions Report or Seasonal Emissions Report and claimed to be confidential or a trade secret shall be subject to the procedures for submitting, identifying and protecting such information that are set forth in 415 ILCS 5/7 and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 130.
