Purpose

Section 270 Section 270.502  Purpose This Subpart specifies the procedures for the reopening and revision of a CAAPP permit initiated by the Agency or USEPA pursuant to Section 270.501 of this Part.  These procedures shall affect only those parts of a CAAPP permit for which cause to reopen exists.
