Purpose and Applicability

Section 276 Section 276.101  Purpose and Applicability a)         Purpose This Part establishes specific requirements and procedures to be followed in complying with the motor vehicle emissions inspection requirement and specific requirements and procedures to be followed in the performance of inspections of motor vehicle emissions. b)         Applicability The provisions of this Part apply to implementation of the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 2005.
