GATA

Section 285.140  GATA a)         The Program is subject to GATA.  Grants must be issued and administered in compliance with GATA and the GATA rules (including any portions of the Uniform Guidance in 2 CFR 200 incorporated into GATA), unless an exception has been granted and documented in the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Catalog of State Financial Assistance. b)         In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Part and GATA rules, the GATA rules will apply.
