Combined Sewer Service Area

Section 301 Section 301.260  Combined Sewer Service Area "Combined Sewer Service Area" means a specific geographical drainage area served by a combined sewer system.  Areas served by separate sewer systems which enter the combined system are not included.  Undeveloped areas within a combined sewer service area may be included in that area if deemed appropriate by the Agency under the guidelines in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 306.102.
