NPDES

Section 301 Section 301.325  NPDES "NPDES" means the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System for issuing, establishing conditions for, and denying permits under Section 402 of the CWA. All terms used concerning NPDES that the CWA or regulations adopted under it define have those meanings unless specifically noted otherwise.
