Section 304 Section 304.101  Preamble This Part establishes the maximum concentrations of various contaminants that may be discharged into the waters of the State.  Subpart A contains general effluent limitations.  Subpart B contains site-specific rules and exceptions not of general applicability.  Subpart C contains temporary rules.
