Phosphorus Discharge
The general effluent standard
for phosphorus as P in Section 304.123 does not apply to discharges from the
City of Pana wastewater treatment plant. Instead these discharges must comply
with an effluent limitation of 2.8 mg/L phosphorus as P as measured at the
point of discharge.
