Section 309 Section 309.205  Joint Construction and Operating Permits If the Agency determines that a proposed treatment works, pretreatment works, sewer, or wastewater source is sufficiently standard to obviate the need for separate construction and operating permits, the Agency may issue a joint construction and operating permit.
