Modification

Section 310 Section 310.442  Modification a)         The permittee may request modification of the permit at any time by filing an application. b)         If the Agency finds new information or if the Board adopts new regulations relevant to the permit, the Agency must notify the permittee that it intends to modify the permit.  The Agency must give the permittee the opportunity to file a new application before it modifies the permit.
