Incorporation of Modifications into the Permit

Section 310 Section 310.924  Incorporation of Modifications into the Permit All modifications must be incorporated into the POTW's NPDES permit upon approval.  The permit must be modified to incorporate the approved modification in accordance with this Part and 35 Ill.
