Purpose

Section  325.100  Purpose The purpose of this Part is to establish procedures for the collection of fees for discharges that require a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and are covered under Section 12.5 of the Environmental Protection Act (Act), and for activities that require a domestic sewage sludge generator or sludge user permit from persons holding those permits.
