Noncompliance with Grant Conditions

Section 360 Section 360.101  Noncompliance with Grant Conditions a)         In addition to such other remedies as may be provided by law, in the event of noncompliance with any condition imposed pursuant to this grant, the grant may be annulled and all grant funds recovered, or 1)         The grant may be terminated pursuant to General Condition Section 360.103, (Termination) hereof; or 2)         The project work may be suspended pursuant to General Condition, Section 360.102, (Stop-Work Order) hereof; 3)         An injunction may be entered by an appropriate court; or 4)         Such other action may be taken by the Agency as the Director shall determine. b)         No action shall be taken under this general condition without prior consultation with the applicant.
