Section 130.1124 Burden of
Proof
Except as provided in Section 15
of the Illinois Securities Law of 1953 or Section 5-20 of the Business
Opportunities Sales Law of 1995, the burden of proof is upon the Securities
Department in all cases initiated by the Securities Department.
