Section 363.702 Build
Illinois Bond Fund Grants
For those projects not receiving
a Title II grant, a Build Illinois Bond Fund grant may be issued provided:
a) the State share does not exceed 100%;
b) the State share of either planning or design, or both, will be
an allowance in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 363.205.
