Section 367.790 Final
Inspection for Phase II and LQMP Projects
The award recipient shall notify
the Agency in writing within 30 days after the completion of Phase II
implementation project activities. The Agency will schedule a final inspection
of the project within 60 days after the receipt of the notice.
