Final Payment

Section 367 Section 367.960  Final Payment a)         Phase I Projects Final payment, including release of any funds held by the Agency pursuant to Section 367.950 of this Part, will be made for Phase I projects upon a determination by the Agency that the project has been implemented according to the scope of work contained in the approved financial assistance agreement. b)         Phase II and LQMP Projects Final payment, including release of any funds held by the Agency pursuant to Section 367.950 of this Part, will be made for Phase II and LQMP projects after the Agency has conducted a final inspection pursuant to Section 367.790 of this Part and has determined that the project has been implemented according to the final Phase I Diagnostic and Feasibility Study and the scope of work contained in the approved financial assistance agreement.
