Section 372.200 General
The preliminary engineering
report required under subsection 372.110(b) shall address all of the elements
contained in this Subpart B, as well as any of the planning elements of
Subparts C through E that are applicable to the feasibility of the project for
which the preliminary engineering report is submitted.
