Purpose

Section 380 Section 380.100  Purpose a)         These rules set forth requirements and procedures applicable to wastewater treatment works to ensure the treatment works is supervised by a wastewater operator certified under this Part. b)         These rules contain the procedures and classifications necessary for certification of operators for wastewater treatment works.
