Agency Notification

Section 380.215  Agency Notification a)         The owner and the Chief Wastewater Operator must file a signed statement identifying the Chief Wastewater Operator on forms provided by the Agency. b)         Whenever a Chief Wastewater Operator begins or ceases employment with a wastewater treatment works or pretreatment works, the Chief Wastewater Operator and the owner shall notify the Agency in writing within 30 days.
