Reexamination

Section 380.440  Reexamination An individual who fails a written examination must resubmit an examination request pursuant to Section 380.405 and obtain a new Letter of Admission before retaking the examination. Resubmittal of an examination request may only be made after the individual has been notified of failing the examination.
